反禁宰 雞農串聯北上抗議

禁宰活禽上路，打亂雞農雞商的生產鏈結構，全國養雞協會昨天號召各地業者，要求政府儘速籌設公有屠宰場，尚未設屠宰場的縣市應暫緩實施禁宰令；業者還要求農委會主委陳保基下台，並將串聯全國業者北上陳情抗議。

中華民國養雞協會土雞營運行銷組召集各地雞農、營運、理貨場、屠宰場、攤商等生產鏈業者，針對禁宰活禽上路後的各種亂象研商對策。業者紛紛炮轟政府無能、政策錯誤，致業者生計困難，農委會主委陳保基為政策負責應下台。

營運行銷組黃全成表示，大型電宰場自營雞場、電宰、批發送貨一貫作業，但突然增收代宰雞工作後，打亂其作業流程，也無法兼顧代宰活禽的品質、送貨時間，造成次級品、雞隻腐臭、送貨延誤。
