謊報遭駭客入侵?　立委：徐旭東恐觸法

【何哲欣／台北報導】遠通電收App系統出包，卻謊稱遭駭客入侵，連政府也幫忙包庇，踢爆此案的國民黨立委羅淑蕾今天受訪說，《刑法》第171條規定，「未指定犯人，而向該管公務員誣告犯罪者，處1年以下有期徒刑、拘役或300元以下罰金。未指定犯人，而偽造、變造犯罪證據，或使用偽造、變造之犯罪證據，致開始刑事訴訟程序者，亦同」。羅淑蕾質疑，遠通已觸法。

羅淑蕾說，遠通沒先搞清狀況，就把責任推給駭客入侵，觸犯了《刑法》的無特定對象誣告罪，且這是非告訴乃論罪，要求檢察官主動偵辦，另外查清楚，為什麼政府要不斷包庇遠通電收。

不具名律師解釋，若遠通確實觸法，判刑的對象將是遠通電收代表、董事長徐旭東。
