不畏寒冬　高市4案逆勢強銷

【葉家銘／高雄報導】寒流來打房，買氣隨氣溫下降冷颼颼，然而高雄近期出現4建案，不畏寒冬逆勢強銷。左營3鐵共構宅「太普上新光」，進場不到1.5個月已賣出9成。農16特區豪宅預售案「國泰R13馥建築」，進場2個月已完銷。美術館公園首排，首場地上權豪宅案「美邦ONE MORE」，未公開已出現超額預約。
 
高雄市代銷公會理事長戴嘉聖說，強銷主因是建商品牌吸引特有購屋族。國泰、太普2案，因建商推案有限，不少忠於品牌消費者紛紛進場。而建築師李天鐸打造豪宅案「華人匯」，在台北甲山林代銷南下接案後，不少北部投資客也南下購屋，進場45天賣出70戶。
