世上首架超音速商務機　洛城飛東京僅8小時

【張翠蘭／綜合外電報導】美國波士頓的民間航太公司釘尖（Spike），正研發「世上首架超音速商務噴射機」S-512，標榜最高速度可達1.8馬赫，即時速2205公里，從美國洛杉磯飛到日本東京僅需8小時，是民航客機航程的一半。一旦上市，將讓時速0.935馬赫的全球最快商務機灣流G650甘拜下風。

研發此機的工程師團隊，來自空中巴士、灣流（Gulfstream）及龐巴迪（Bombardier）等知名飛機製造商。該團隊2年來投入精力研發這款號稱終極商務機S-512，採用2具普惠（Pratt & Whitney） JT8D渦輪扇引擎，機身長度約40公尺，翼展18.3公尺，最大航程7408公里。但它售價不斐，一架要價6000萬至8000萬美元（約18億至24億元台幣），預計2018年底可交貨。
