記者王鼎鈞／台北報導

針對派遣勞工及家庭外籍家事工作者的人權保障，勞委會主委潘世偉26日表示，勞委會預計明年1月可完成「派遣勞工保護法」法制作業送行政院審議，而家事勞工的保障也會以行政措施的方式逐步推動。

潘世偉在行政院人權保障推動小組會議，作上述表示。

行政院長江宜樺說，在派遣勞工及家事勞工人權保障的法制程序未完成前，可先透過行政命令及其他措施，保障勞工的權益。
