樂儀隊指揮衣著太像軍服被告　今獲不起訴

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名擔任樂儀隊指揮的俞姓男子（36歲），被海軍司令部指控穿著海軍軍便服參與地方節慶活動，並在個人臉書上張貼穿軍服照片，讓人誤認為是我國軍人，其行為涉犯冒用公務員服章官銜罪嫌；宜蘭地檢署偵訊後，認為俞男軍便服右肩有樂儀隊章，且現行軍人並無配戴指揮刀，與軍人所穿服飾有所不同，客觀尚難認有使他人誤認之虞，今天對俞男做處不起訴處分。
