【林泊志／宜蘭報導】國道計程收費將在12月30日實施，宜蘭籍立委陳歐珀與多位民代今天中午召開記者會，強烈表達宜蘭人反對國道五號平原段納入計程收費心聲，並強調高公局若一意孤行強行實施，將在23日號召宜蘭人北上行政院抗議及立法院陳情，讓中央聽見宜蘭人的心聲。

陳歐珀也出示高公局所做民調，有71.2%宜蘭人反對國道五號平原段納入計程收費，認為這是項對宜蘭人不公不義政策，宜蘭人拒絕作二等國民，陳指出，交通部曾提出試行3個月到6個月再評估是否繼續收費方案，但這是項錯誤政策，宜蘭人不能接受。
