婦人烤食彌猴遭送辦　非獵捕不起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄桃源區一名高姓婦人（65歲）今年10月在家中庭院烹烤台灣彌猴屍塊，被巡邏警員依違反《野生動物保護法》獵殺保育類動物送辦。但高婦稱這隻彌猴被野狗咬死在後院，她發現才烤來吃，檢方也認定婦人家中無打獵工具，無獵捕殺害彌猴之嫌，將她不起訴。

檢方認為，警方在現場並無查扣到如獵槍或陷阱等獵捕工具，而高婦已年屆65歲，若沒有其他工具輔助，應無可能徒手捕獵、宰殺身手矯健的台灣彌猴；且警方發現時，彌猴已經被肢解成塊在烤肉架上火烤，外觀無從得知是否有獵捕傷勢，因此採信高婦說法，認為該彌猴是死後才被她撿拾烹烤來吃。
