重機男過彎摔車　撞斷路人牙齒判罰13萬元

【張欽／台北報導】薛姓大學生今年元月間在北宜公路騎重機飆車，側掛過彎時失控摔車「犁田」，還撞斷路人牙齒，台北地院依妨害公眾往來安全及傷害2罪，各判薛男3月及拘役40天，得易科罰金13萬元，全案可上訴。
 
薛男被控今年元月間與重機車友到新北市石碇區北宜公路飆車，途中他與車友不是併排就是一前一後飆速競賽，還在轉彎處側掛過彎5次。判決指出，薛男以時速60公里飆車過彎失控摔車，人車順勢向外滑行時，當場撞傷王姓路人，致王男牙齒斷裂，全身受到擦傷。
 
案發後，薛男到警局自首，並賠償12萬元給被害人，法官審酌薛男坦承犯行且願賠償，因此依危害公眾往來安全罪及傷害罪輕判薛男。
