新iPhone　可望有臉部辨識

【陳家齊／綜合報導】美國蘋果公司3日在美國取得一項臉部辨識的專利，可以讓人面對著手機或電腦，就能解鎖裝置，不必輸入密碼，也不必伸手進行指紋辨識。儘管申請專利並不等於會推出產品，蘋果在iPhone 5s上推出「TouchID」指紋辨識功能前，也是新申請了相關專利，令人猜測明年推出的新iPhone是不是就會有臉部辨識功能。

Android手機早已有臉部辨識解鎖功能，蘋果申請的專利則更進一步，可以在電話來電時辨識人臉，是iPhone的主人在看著手機時才會開螢幕顯示來電訊息。同樣的技術也可以用在簡訊或電子郵件上，iPhone要透過攝影鏡頭「看到」手機主人在看手機時，才會開螢幕顯示訊息。據悉，這項新技術也能使用在電腦上，不同的用戶看著同一台麥金塔電腦時，能讀到的通知內容也不一樣。
