老屋健檢額滿　備取者明年優先排入

【郭寶懃／台北報導】為了讓民眾盡早了解自己房屋的安全資訊，台北市政府從10月起開始推動老屋健檢申請，已於11月11日截止報名，經審查確認正取100件，備取15件，備取案件會優先排入明年度的健檢行列。

建管處處長張剛維表示，協助健檢的專業機構有台北市建築師、結構技師和土木技師等3大公會，由申請人擇一指定，等公會完成報告書後，將陸續發函檢送給申請人；若屋主認為有進一步詳細鑑定的必要，可自費委託專業鑑定人員或機構辦理。
