女機車騎士倒地　好心婦人蓋棉被保暖

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名19歲蔡姓女子， 今天下午騎機車往市區方向行駛，行經和一路、平一路口時，與36歲顏姓計程車司機發生相撞，路人見蔡女倒地，紛紛伸出援手，1名婦人立即取出棉被，蓋在女子身上，避免著涼，海巡二總隊人員則協助指揮交通，所幸女子僅受輕傷，由於事發前女騎士直行、計程車左轉，因此相關肇事責任正由警方釐清中。
