聯發科今年新增28奈米FC CSP供應商

【楊喻斐／台北報導】聯發科（2454）28奈米FC CSP需求強勁，景碩（3189）達2~3季之久成為唯一的供應商，不過隨著競爭對手技術不斷趕上，以及聯發科考量分散風險之下，預計明年將新增加相關的供應商，包括台系的欣興（3037）以及韓國SEMCO。
 
景碩表示，這是產業正常的發展，不可能永遠都是客戶唯一的供應商，雖然出貨比例將會受到影響，不過就整體來看，該客戶的訂單持續成長當中。受到客戶調整庫存以及傳統淡季影響，法人預估，景碩第4季營收約季減5%，明年第1季再往下滑5~10%。
 
另外，市場關心的20奈米產品的進度，景碩表示，20奈米載板預計明年第2季量產，至於甫購入新竹新豐廠預計要等到明年第4季才會投產。
