【獨家】送物資到菲　我25日派軍艦載運

【陳培煌╱台北報導】強颱海燕肆虐菲律賓，造成當地災情慘重，中華民國政府空軍目前已派出18架次C-130運輸機載運134餘噸救援物資赴菲。總統馬英九日前曾表示不排出派出軍艦運送物資。涉外官員今透露，海軍預定在下周一配合訓練，派遣1艘可載運千噸物資的中和級艦，在另一艘康定級艦護航之下，預計4天內抵達菲國。

國防部長嚴明上午參加「中美混合團成立70週年紀念特展」接受媒體訪問表示，軍艦將支援風災運送補給品。國防部軍事發言人羅紹和指出，配合政府政策與規劃，海軍已經完成整備並候令行動。據了解，目前募集物資約有200噸。

菲國災區目前亟需民生物品、帳棚、毛毯與大量的可食用水，因運輸機可載運的物資有限，相較之下，派遣可運送千噸物資的中和艦是更有效率的方式。
