國巨告光頡侵權　求償6億元

【李宜儒／台北報導】被動元件大廠國巨（2327）表示，今日已向新竹地方法院對光頡（3624）提起訴訟，國巨主張光頡產銷之薄膜電阻產品AR0805及其他以非光蝕刻製程生產之薄膜電阻系列產品涉及侵害國巨之專利權，初估國巨因而受有高達12億元之損害，將向光頡求償6億元。國巨表示除在台灣提起訴訟外，後續亦將在美國及英國對光頡起訴求償。

國巨也指出，光頡疑似以直接挖角國巨公司技術及經營團隊之方式，不法取得國巨關於生產原料、生產方法、生產流程、機器設備、產線安排等細節，以進行對國巨專利及製程技術的侵害。

對此，光頡回應表示，公司生產薄膜電阻製程使用的生產方式，與國巨相關專利並不相同，公司認為並沒有侵害國巨薄膜電阻生產製程相關專利。對於挖角的質疑，光頡回應，公司薄膜電阻生產基地位於新竹，目前新竹生產薄膜電阻產品的技術與經營團隊人員，沒有來自國巨。光頡表示，目前靜待司法訴訟程序，釐清相關內容。
