地價稅已開徵 按時繳稅免受罰

一○二年度地價稅已開徵，繳納期限截止日因逢周末例假，依法順延至十二月二日，基隆市稅務局提醒民眾記得按時繳稅，以免受罰。

稅務局表示，今年度核定地價稅額在一百元以下免予課徵民眾，已於日前寄出免稅通知函通知納稅人的貼心服務，希望減少民眾未收到繳款書疑惑。尚未收到繳款書或繳款書遺失，請向基隆市稅務局總局財產稅科、七堵分局或信義分局申請補發。
