財長：預售屋轉手頻繁就列查

財政部長張盛和表示，查預售屋沒有「門檻」，將要求稅捐機關就轉手次數頻繁的預售屋買賣案件，訂定一定比率查稅。

上周財政部釋出要對3,000萬元以上的預售屋買賣查稅，引起立法委員費鴻泰不滿。費鴻泰說，年青人只買得起2,000萬元以下的房子，政府查3,000萬元以上的豪宅，對中產階級沒有幫助，預售屋市場還是一樣炒作。

張盛和說，訂定金額查稅是方法之一，但最好的方式還是以轉手次數決定，因此他保證，追查預售屋不會訂有「查稅門檻」只要是預售屋買賣，且轉手頻繁的案件，國稅局就會查稅。
