美國據報曾要求日本合作 監控中國個人情報

日本共同社報導，美國國安部門曾經要求日本配合，協助美方監控中國大陸的個人情資，但遭到日本拒絕。

報導說，中國大陸連接亞太地區的光纖電纜，大多數都通過日本，美國「國安局」在前年要求日本合作，透過電話和電子郵件，監控中共情報。

不過，日本政府考慮到可能涉及違法素，並未答應美國的要求。
