《國際產業》推特IPO價格保守，估值111億美元

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】推特公布首次公開發行（IPO）計畫細節，預計共發行8050萬股股票，每股定價在17～20美元，最高可募集16億美元，遠低於臉書IPO的籌資規模，這是為了避免重演臉書上市時的混亂場面。

上述的8050萬股股票內含按「綠鞋」(greenshoe)機制，或稱超額配股權所將配發的1050萬股，因此推特初步只打算發行7000萬股。

若按每股20美元計畫，推特估值將達到111億美元，超出9月公司內部預測的97億美元。消息人士透露，推特將在11月6日確定最終發行價格，這表示推特可能在11月7日在紐約證券交易所掛牌交易。
