萊雅有意買資生堂旗下兩個法國品牌

日本資生堂17日表示，法國萊雅（L'Oreal）正在洽談以2.3億歐元（3.14億美元）收購資生堂旗下思妍麗（Decleor）與凱伊黛（Carita）兩個法國美肌保養品牌。

萊雅表示，這兩個品牌的全球成長前景亮眼，去年銷售共達1億歐元。路透指出，據傳雙方可望在未來幾周敲定協議。資生堂在另一項聲明中表示，價格將受到「標準結算調整」。

資生堂竭力從八年來的首次年度虧損中重新站起，面臨嚴峻的價格競爭與市占萎縮後，今年3月已撤換新社長，由會長前田新造回鍋兼任社長。

相較之下，萊雅因為推出更多新的獨家產品，獲利蒸蒸日上，近來更併購中國面膜製造商美即控股，打入中國產值150億美元的美肌保養市場中成長最快的部門。
