【綜合報導】有「維納斯海岸」之稱的北海岸地質景觀相當豐富，受海蝕及風化影響琢磨出自然美景吸引不少遊客，卻有不少觀光客爬上地標駱駝峰拍照，甚至刻上「天長地久」等字樣。

據《自由時報》報導，因「維納斯海岸」地質景觀宜人吸引不少遊客，還曾在2010年獲得營建署主辦的「全國最美海岸」第1名，但美景卻阻擋不了遊客爬上地標駱駝峰拍照，還有人在石頭上刻了「天長地久」等地樣。北海岸暨觀音山風景區管理處處長陳美秀表示，在駱駝峰石頭上刻字，依照發展觀光條例當然可以開罰，罰款至少三千元以上；至於民眾在駱駝峰上拍照，並不會開罰，但請遊客注意自身安全。
