我換裝固態硬碟後遊戲常無故跳回桌面

我之前就得系統碟因為有點壞軌所以換成SSD
不過換裝後我弄4K對齊過了，ACHI主機板沒選想可開
也用SSD FRESH優化過了
開機是變快了
可是不管玩啥遊戲就會常常不明原因跳回桌面
藥用ALT+TAB才能回遊戲
再換硬碟前完全沒此問題

有人可以幫個忙嗎?
快火大死了
尤其完WT追尾追到一半突然跳桌面回去的時候通常已經完蛋了
