筆電沒聲音

大家好:
我的筆電是ACER ASPIRE 5738G
作業系統是Windows7
去YouTube看影片時完全沒有聲音 (螢幕右下角有喇叭圖示而且確定有打開喇叭 )
從我的硬碟裡面去聽MP3(用Windows Media Player)完全正常 
請問這到底是哪裡出問題?
修護需要多少錢?
