曾勇夫涉關說 函送監院調查

特偵組6日上午大動作招開記者會，始無前例的將法務部長曾勇夫，以涉及關說案，移送監察院調查。

特偵組發現，曾勇夫接受立法院長王金平關說，要求高檢署不要對立委柯建銘背信案更一審獲判無罪再提出上訴，事成之後還回報王金平已經完成。

而高檢署檢察長陳守煌，除了指示檢查官不要上訴，並將檢察官姓名告知王金平，建議王金平向曾勇夫提出關說請託，陳守煌也遭特偵組移送檢察官評鑑。
