港警局新舊任局長 今交接

基隆港務警察局今（卅）天舉行卸、新任局長交接典禮；新任局長為內政部警政署人事室主任楊啟庸。

交接儀式將由警政署副署長林國棟主持佈達，新局長楊啟庸原任警政署人事室主任，中央警察大學四十期戶政學系畢業，歷任台灣省政府警務處人事室專員，警政署保安警察第一總隊人事室主任、警政署刑事警察局人事室主任、台北市政府警察局人事室主任、主任秘書室警政監、警政署署長室專門委員等職務。

基港警局強調，卸任顏局長自九十九年十二月廿五日到任以來，特別重視員警福利及制度化管理，並加強與基隆地區各機關互動交流，可說政蹟卓著，另配合港區需求及特性，調整勤、業務執行方式，同時落實人性化、合理化、公開化，性別主流化等政策，為港區各界多所稱道，今榮調澎湖縣政府警察局局長工作，各界也寄厚望及祝福。
