貴報民國102年8月28日A20版關於「保麗龍一哥 經營權易手」報導，因部分內容所述與事實存有落差，特說明如下：

貴報導引述之台北高等行政法院判決，迄今仍未確定；再者該案判決內容僅撤銷經濟部投審會之行政處分，投審會迄今尚未另行作成准許三龍公司變更投資代理人之行政處分。據此引申本集團經營權易手、廖黃香及廖文鐸已取得實質經營權等，皆與事實未符，特此說明。
