北市新北市十點拖吊 中午關水門

北市、新北市政府今天24小時整備待命，嚴防淡水河口滿潮，容易出現水位高漲。

新北市今天上午10點將實施強制拖吊，各學校與路邊紅線、黃線開放民眾停車。

北市府也從上午九點開始，關閉疏散水門，上午十點，開始拖吊沒有開離河川區的車輛，預計中午十二點疏散水門將全部關閉。
