目前想小換大,但又考慮到將來有可能會在換屋

想請問若要兼顧坪數(主建>40),學區(小學/中學/高中),保值的考量

請問新竹/竹北哪區比較優呢?

(1)新竹體育館周邊 (一品博觀/麗池...等)

(2)竹北縣政府周邊 (峰藝/縣政之星..等)

(3)竹北文化中心/光明一路周邊 (佐多稻子/深耕..等)

另外覺得大樓如果超過10年,地點就算再好,也不太會增值,不知道這樣對不對
