洪姊失望　軍方罪推戒護士

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案偵結起訴，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天接受電子媒體訪問時表示，不相信案情只有這麼簡單，還有更多內情，起訴內容交代不清，家屬非常失望。

洪慈庸認為，這是269旅制度面問題，體制不完全，沒有正當程序，導致戒護士依舊的方式去做，家屬其實對於戒護士等軍階較低者究責沒這麼深，高階軍官應承擔較大責任，「軍方罪推戒護士，我想社會大眾也不覺得是一個好的方式吧！」
