馬政府提倡節能減碳，官員改乘小車，導致行政院前院長張俊雄、前副院長蔡英文任內的凱迪拉克及凌志座車，五年來都無人使用，行政院最近第四度標售，原本價值二、三百萬的進口車，即使標售價降至九十萬，仍乏人問津，最後只好「無償」送給外交部當禮賓車。
