大膽宣布自己成為女星中成功凍卵的第一人，本刊的報導讓蔡淑臻受到各方的關注，尤其她接受取卵手術的過程沒打麻醉藥，讓身邊一堆好姊妹頻頻詢問，冷凍卵子真有這麼容易嗎？

蔡淑臻以親身經驗鼓勵想動卵的女性朋友，還表示醫學愈來愈發達，真的不用害怕：「看了你們的報導，連醫生都打給我，他建議我戲拍完之後再去做一次，而且我知道的是，現在還有長效型的排卵針，在醫院打完藥效可以持續一周，就不用帶回家自己打針了，所以我應該拍完戲還會再去做一次。」
