【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市中和區57歲唐姓男子因缺錢花用，4月底竟夥同友人利用狹窄巷弄汽車穿越不易，身體故意碰撞車輛製造假車禍，向一名田姓被害車主詐取3000元醫藥費用。警方循線找上嫌犯住所，唐嫌的室友表示，曾問過他為什麼都受傷不就醫，唐嫌竟回應：「這樣才騙得到錢啊」。

警方表示，唐嫌因無工作居無定所，時常寄居友人家，7日晚間，警員巡邏時發現唐嫌在轄內四處遊蕩，將他帶回到案說明，唐嫌辯稱都是友人所做，全盤否認犯行，警方訊後依詐欺罪嫌將他函送。
