我在露X拍賣買了攝影的眼鏡
因為調不到貨
賣家私自更換訂購的東西
宣稱比原來的貴
東西寄來鏡片還有破損

也沒有聯絡的方式

怎樣可以處理!?

第一次遇到這麼爛的賣家
請求協助!

如果要申訴去哪裡申訴?

去警察局報案嗎
或者去消基會?!
