殺人逃20年自首 法官竟判無罪

發生在二十年前，屏東縣東港一名婦人在家中慘遭殺害，都沒有破案，就在即將屆滿20年的法定追訴期之前，一名五十五歲的陳姓男子，因為良心不安，向警方自首是凶手，還供出共犯。檢警慶幸懸案終於可以水落石出，將兩名嫌犯依強盜殺人罪起訴，但法官認為證據力過於薄弱，單憑自白不足以定罪，判處兩名嫌犯無罪，讓檢方錯愕，家屬更是難以接受。

五十五歲的陳姓男子，跪在死者骨灰罈前，持香拜拜不斷懺悔，因為二十年前，他涉嫌殺害東港婦人蔡王味，卻在逃亡日子裡，每一天都遭受良心譴責。
