山東台灣城 變爛尾荒草堆

位於山東威海乳山市的銀灘已成為一座人煙稀少的空城，其中由台商開發的「台灣城」也成了爛尾樓，只是售樓處還擺著前海基會會長江丙坤前來考察的照片，顯得格外諷刺。

來自上海的楊姓夫婦趕到銀灘，準備看看已延遲4年卻仍未交房的海景房。楊姓夫婦購買的住宅位在台灣城的18號樓，來到樓前，房子是蓋起來了，但裡面沒有裝修，周圍也只有荒草叢生。

留守在台灣城售樓處的銷售人員表示，現在只需要人民幣幾千萬元，就能把剩餘工程全部完工；「但是老闆在北京南三環還有一個專案也發生爛尾，現在要等北京專案解決後才能顧及到銀灘專案。」

「台灣城」曾經是銀灘最大的開發案，由台灣欣業聯集團開發。建設初期，開發商花費人民幣3億到4億元（約新台幣14.7億元到19.6億元），修建大型人造景觀潮汐湖，是當地政府重要的工程景觀。
