《地政士法》覆議　總統：支持

【陳郁仁／台北報導】立法院日前三讀通過修正《地政士法》，未來地政士（俗稱代書）登錄房價錯誤，經檢舉或糾正後，只要在期限內修正資訊就不會受罰，此舉恐讓不動產實價登錄制度「破功」，行政院長江宜樺今提覆議。總統府發言人李佳霏說，江揆事前已跟總統討論過，總統知情也支持覆議。

此次已是江揆任內第二次提覆議，上一次是去年六月針對《會計法》修法提覆議，馬總統還在總統府舉行記者會，向社會鞠躬致歉。

此次《地政士法》覆議案，則由江揆在行政院對外說明，不似上次由總統在總統府舉行記者會，為何有此差別，府方不評論。據了解，此次覆議案主要是江揆意見，所以由江揆在行政院說明。
