大家好~ 剛從日本澳洲WH回來 離開台灣職場2,3年 最近開始找工作 本身日檢舊制一級 多益只有不到500= ='' 幸運得到一個offer　不知對方開的條件算不算好　 是個從日本來的餐飲業　預計年後完成在台公司登記 今年目標1~2間店舖 中長期總目標店舖為50間 兼任店舖（排班制）& 辦公室（對日連絡窗口） 感覺應該是以店舖職務為主 之後視狀況，有轉內勤可能 不論辦公室或店舖的工作時間都是８小時 月底週末要上班 薪資對方開38k 無獎金 年俸制 其他福利條件依勞基法規定 離開台灣職場太久　之前也沒有過類似業界經驗 所以想請問版友這樣的薪資條件算OK嗎? 說實話看到無獎金 有點小失望 （雖然台灣很多公司也沒什麼獎金啦～） 但又覺得是個還滿有挑戰性，有成長性的工作 今天要回覆仲介　懇請版友給予意見　謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.117.69
