【環資報導】黑面琵鷺2014年普查開始 一睹風采嘉南機率大

2014年「黑面琵鷺全球普查」將於明（18日）、後（19日）與日本、韓國、中國、越南、柬埔寨、泰國與菲律賓等國家同步調查，台灣有24個合作夥伴，將在已知的黑面琵鷺熱點數算。民眾想一睹黑琵風采，嘉南一帶是最佳選擇，依照過去經驗，嘉義、台南濕地族群數佔全球60%。

去年全球共記錄到2,725隻黑面琵鷺，其中台灣便記錄到1624隻，佔全球總數的59.6%；來到台灣的族群，97%位於嘉義與台南。2014年黑面琵鷺族群數又如何呢？答案可望兩天後揭曉！（閱讀全文）
