軍方案件明完成移交　軍監走入歷史

【丁牧群／台北報導】《軍事審判法》去年修法後，軍人犯法案件陸續移交給各地檢察署、法院偵查、審理，去年8月15日進行第一波移監，移監人數254人，而明天是第二波、也是最後一次移監，約有74名軍囚移監到台南監獄及台南看守所，軍監就此走入歷史，建物移交給法務部矯正署。
 
除了人犯移監，明天約有450件軍方案件移交給司法機關偵、審，被告當中較受矚目的包括潛逃的陸軍前連長林毅夫、軍情局女軍官葉玫、國家安全局前出納組長劉冠軍等人。林毅夫1979年從金門游泳叛逃到中國後，曾任世界銀行首席經濟學家、中國大陸政協委員，遭軍方依《陸海空軍刑法》的投敵罪通緝。
 
葉玫在2012年潛逃英國，並申請政治庇護，目前被關押在英國移民遣送中心，被軍方依逃亡罪通緝，日前傳出將遣返回台。劉冠軍因國安密帳案涉嫌洗錢、貪瀆，2000年潛逃出境，遭軍方通緝至今。
