跳針戀　男轉愛女友姊不成竟襲胸

【黃哲民／新北報導】台北市35歲李姓男子頻對前女友的姊姊示愛，女方不堪其擾搬家仍甩不掉糾纏，今年6月見李男提一串肉粽又在她家樓下站崗，氣得抓住李男頭髮打電話報警，反被李男襲胸並推倒在地摸奶。新北地檢署依性騷擾與強制猥褻罪最重各判2年與5年。

據悉，被害人妹妹與李男短暫交往，察覺李男個性不對勁，趕緊分手，李男轉而戀上被害人，常到對方住處或辦公室站崗，還在女方住家信箱或機車流紙條示愛。

被害人曾告李男妨害自由，但李男被判拘50天仍依然故我，被害人從台北市搬到新北市，還是被李男找到，雙方當街拉扯。李男否認襲胸，辯稱用搔癢逼對方鬆手，被害人怕癢倒地，他因頭髮被抓住而一起摔倒，但檢方不採信。
