尿液顏色看健康　透明黃表正常

【周佩萱／綜合報導】美國克里夫蘭診所醫生製作出一張簡易圖表，讓民眾可以自檢尿液顏色，判斷健康哪裡出狀況，並給予建議以改善問題。

圖表由淺到深排列，醫生表示尿液顏色可以透露身體許多資訊，無色尿液代表喝了過多水，應該減少喝水量，淺麥稈色或是透明黃的尿液代表身體正常一切健康，深黃色代表正常但應儘快喝點水，琥珀色或是蜂蜜色表示飲水量不足，應多喝水，深棕色代表肝臟可能有問題或是嚴重脫水，除了多喝水外還應就醫檢查。

如果尿液呈粉色或紅色，首先要看是否吃了藍莓或甜菜根等同色食物，如果沒有，就表示可能是血尿，代表腎臟或前列腺有問題或是尿道感染，也可能是腫瘤或水銀中毒等問題，請要就醫詳檢。橘色尿液代表飲水不足，或是肝臟或膽管有問題，但也有可能是深色食物引發，也應就醫檢查確保安全。
