變壓器的問題 拜託了

各位大哥大姐好
小弟唸書時買了一台充電為100V的CD隨身聽
當時店家建議我買一台變壓器如圖

按這裡檢視圖片

最近小弟又幫家裡從日本帶了一台電子鍋回來
才突然想到我有這個一台變壓器
但我今天突然發現
他寫的是
input 110V
output 100V
如果按照字面的解釋
他好像是110V轉100V耶
是我誤解了嗎?

另外如果確定是100V轉110V無誤的話
電子鍋可以用這個嗎
會不會有危險

請大大們幫忙
