盜刷男密友百萬　黃琪判14月定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】曾幫前總統陳水扁算命的少年騙子黃琪，3年前佯裝顧問公司副總，誆稱很懂理財，以此騙一名男同志密友交出存摺、信用卡，讓黃「投資理財」，後來密友發現遭黃琪盜領、盜刷一百多萬元，憤而提告。
 
高等法院針對黃琪（本名黃照岡，21歲）此案4次盜刷犯行，今年4月底依偽造文書罪判刑1年2月，得易科罰金42萬元，當時黃還笑說：「小案子，大家辛苦了。」最高法院上周駁回黃上訴，全案確定。黃琪另因假冒頂新少東魏宏帆名義辦黑卡，盜刷600萬元，今年6月被判刑7年確定，服刑中。
