敘利亞動武案 歐蘭德下週定奪

（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎2013年9月7日專電）法國總統歐蘭德今天在尼斯（Nice）表示，在美國國會表決，以及聯合國專家提出調查報告後，他會向法國人說明他的決定。

歐蘭德表示，他認為美國國會將在下週四或週五表決對敘利亞動武案，並表示，將等待聯合國調查人員在下週末提出敘利亞使用化學武器的報告。

他說，「在那個時候，我有了所有的元素，讓我可以向法國人說明我為法國選擇的決定。」

法國「費加洛報」（Le Figaro）今天發表的民調指出，68%的受訪者反對法國對敘利亞採取軍事行動。

歐蘭德還指出，在敘利亞問題上，法國不感到孤獨。雖然起初，當法國負起採取行動的責任，大家可能會認為法國是孤單的，但之後，「在G20會議上，我們已經取得了進展」。

歐盟今天首次取得對敘利亞議題的共識，共同發表聲明指出，「敘利亞該為化武攻擊負責」，歐蘭德也對此表示歡迎之意。
