阿拉伯聯盟外長聲明 沒提出兵敘利亞

阿拉伯聯盟(Arab League)外長1日呼籲聯合國和國際社會，針對敘利亞政權據傳在大馬士革郊區使用化學武器一事採取必要的威懾制止行動，但阿拉伯聯盟並未如美國所倡議那般要求對敘利亞發動軍事行動。

在開羅集會的阿拉伯聯盟外長發表聲明，呼籲聯合國與國際社會承擔起責任，本著聯合國憲章(UN Charter)和國際法，採取必要的威懾制止措施。

聲明指出，敘利亞政權要為這些據美國所說、造成數百人死於沙林毒氣的攻擊負責。阿拉伯聯盟外長表示，那些要為釋放沙林毒氣負責的人，必須在國際法庭上受審，就如同其他的戰犯一樣。

聲明中並且呼籲，提供敘利亞人民所需要的各種形式的支持，但由於部份阿拉伯之春國家反對外國干預敘利亞，因此並未像美國和法國所提議那樣明確地呼籲採取軍事行動。
