《科技》2Gb DRAM現貨價日漲近8％

【時報-台北電】在美國記憶體大廠美光（Micron）於7月底完成併購日本DRAM廠爾必達（Elpida）後，DRAM市場已呈現三強鼎立局面，而配合英特爾Haswell新處理器及微軟Windows 8.1的推出，DRAM廠近期通知客戶將大減2Gb DDR3產出，產能全部轉進4Gb DDR3世代。

在DRAM廠開始轉進高容量4Gb DDR3後，預期2Gb DDR3供給量將逐步下降的情況下，刺激2Gb DDR3現貨價昨日出現大漲。根據集邦科技報價，2Gb DDR3現貨價昨日大漲7.5～7.9％，原廠顆粒平均價格來到1.61～1.63美元區間。 (新聞來源：工商時報─記者涂志豪／台北報導)
