大埔徵收抗爭 吳敦義：情理法解決

苗栗縣大埔徵收案自動拆遷最後期限將屆，副總統吳敦義昨(4)日在高雄表示，5日將和行政院長以及苗栗縣長會商，會顧及大埔住戶的處境，找出合乎情理法的解決之道，他說，5日應該不會執行拆除大埔4戶。

吳敦義說，拆遷戶經與內政部營建署等主管機關長期協調，仍有少數農戶不願拆遷，這不是執行上道德的問題，而是選擇的問題。他表示，雖然他現在還沒有方案可以建議苗栗縣政府，但7月5日的自動拆遷期限屆臨，應該不會執行拆遷的工作。

吳敦義指出，苗栗縣大埔徵收區內農地的部份已經百分百全數解決，百多戶住戶中，有意見的24戶，其中20戶的問題也都解決了，剩下的4戶，苗栗縣政府和營建署這2年想了很多辦法都無法突破，他將邀行政院長江宜樺、苗栗縣長劉政鴻尋求拆遷周延，且兼顧情、理、法的解決之道，既維護公共安全、交通便利、也不妨礙園區的完整性。
